CUTTING/CHOPPING
- It is not advised to cut/chop on the epoxy resin itself. Although it is scrape resistant, it will scratch overtime with high grade kitchen knives.
- Simply turn your board upside down on a paper towel or kitchen towel, and use the backside to do your chopping!
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEW BOARD
All that you need to do is wash with a mild soap and dry immediately after washing. DO NOT DISHWASH. The high temperature of the dishwasher can cause the wood to break down and destroy the epoxy. DO NOT SOAK. Soaking your olive wood can also cause the wood to expand and break

Care instructions
Cutting/Cheese Boards: Hand wash only with mild soap (i.e. Dawn, 7th Gen) and avoid cutting on the painted portion of the board to prevent scratches on the surface. Do not dishwash.
